Author contributions
The authors FalvoJr, Marcolino and Duarte Filho conceived an SPL in the m-learning apps domain, called M-SPLearning. In this context, the architecture, design, construction and experimental evaluation were supervised by Barbosa. In particular, OliveiraJr supported M-SPLearning's variability management through SMarty. To conclude, we emphasize that all authors contributed to the writing and review of this work, which had significant improvements resulting from previous reviews of the J.UCS and we are very grateful for that.
Conflict of interest
The authors have declared that no competing interests exist.
